My wife and i decided to ban radio islaam in our home completely because not only is our kids modesty and shame getting effected, the immodest and shameless nature of certain shows are effecting us, and to a certain extent our marriage as well. I'm glad of our dicision.
When radio islaam started initially, one could feel the sincerity in the programs but now its different.

I completely agree with Aad.Ganchi. What are our children's understanding of islaam going to be?
We can understand all this is unislaamic and differentiate between the wrong and right because we grew up with the correct understanding of islaam (praise be to Allah). But they are growing up continuously listening to an islaamic radio station with so much of wrong in it and seeing it all as islaam!!! If we let them grow up like this theyll never manage to understand the emphasis islaam has layed on the haya of a woman, on the sin of intermingling, on wasting time on haraam futile competitions, on moulana's flirting and complimenting young girls on their brilliance, on woman discussing sex with a non muslim man, on young girls singing and the list goes on and on...Its frightening. They selling islaam for a cheap price. THEY GOING TO ANSWER TO ALLAH FOR MISGUIDING HIS CREATION AND KNOWINGLY LEADING OTHERS ASTRAY. THEY GOING TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY DO UNLESS THEY REPENT. THIS IS NOT ISLAAM. THIS IS NOT WHAT RASOOLULLAH (PEACE BE UPON HIM WANTED FOR US). THIS IS NOT WHAT ALLAH WANTS. THIS IS HARAM, ZINA, SHAMELESS PEOPLE OPERATING UNDER THE SACRED NAME OF ISLAAM...!!!!!!

Just listening to the Radios station molvies screaming like some mad jinns when they announce the winners in the debates puts me off. Are they not suppose to behave with some dignity? oUR hOLY prophet peace be upon him, never ever laughed loudly. You should just hear the molvies. They even out do the girls. The way they shamelessly "tune" the girls in the month of Ramzaan and in the name of Islam, makes me helluva scared. I read about Burma. The signs are here also but everyone cannot see it. They too dazzled with ITV.

Did you all hear about the brother who was killed because of his beard yesterday? It's true, the signs are their of Allah's athaab which the Majlis is warning us about. Suddenly the Radio Shaytaan are trying to portray themselves as the great upholders of the Sunnah and Islam whereas they and Itv are busy destroying it.

Right, I think this debate is over since we all unanimously agree....

That ITV is haraam.
That music is haraam.
That certain radio islaams programs are haraam.
That intermingling is haraam.
That photography, digital or not, is haraam.
That a woman's voice is awra.
That abandoning any law of hijaab is haraam.
That competitions the likes of radio islaams are haraam.
That supporting radio shaytaan or IbleesTV is haraam.
That making gheebah is haraam.
That prohibiting good and forbidding evil is fardh.
That justifying a sin is even worse than the sin itself.

Yet another scandal...This time pork sold in Durbs with ICSA certification. No prizes for guessing what excuse was given. You right... error in labelling! Now how can we trust these so-called Halaal certifying bodies? How many more errors must we live with? That is if it is a genuine error. The Orion experience showed that real vark was Halaalized. There was no error. How can we trust SANHA when they say that the vark which they certified was not real but synthetic? Kudus to the Majlis and the Jamiatul Ulama Gauteng for standing up for the sake of the Ummah. May Allah keep them firm. What would we ever have done without them? We would have been eating Halaal vark. With them i know that i am safe.

For your information radio islaam plays qari abdul hameed sahebs bayaans WITHOUT his consent or approval. You can verify that with Qari saheb if you like.
