You should not need a petition for this to happen

Its strange how some disasters seem to be more 'fashionable'. This awful event should not be forgotten.

Many football disasters are commemorated at football games, this one is no different.

The 56 deserve recognition no one deserves to go to a football game and not come home.

I remember seeing this tragedy unfold live on the match coverage on the TV. The least we can do is to show respect for those who lost their lives

There were many brave people there who will relive the events. One police officer burst into flames as he was walking near the fire, several people pushed him over and doused the flames, to the best of my knowledge he survived.

I was born less than a mile of the Bradford City ground, this was always a tragedy waiting to happen, so sad that it seems to have been lost in the wake of the Hillsborough anniversary

#30: Ben -

Hi Ben i respect what you are saying but i am not trying to compete with Hillsborough. yes i understand we have our silence at our last home game but i lost family that day which i never meet and all i have heard from fans is them mocking the fire maybe the FA need to sort this out with it been our 30th year next year its time we got the backing from them and from all the football clubs in all the leagues and no we have never blamed anyone but football is about coming togther other clubs remember going to a game and the listening and watching us on the news it doesnt just effect us but everyone who saw it that day.

RIP 56 Always with us never forgotten

A tragic loss that should not be forgotten. A look at the list of victims tells you that this affected the close family of Bradford quite severely, this tragedy had many affects on the safety and security of ALL football supporters so should not be forgotten. #Bradford56RIP
