Dr. Henson and his administration intentionally misled students into straying away from their appropriate graduation plans in an effort to increase the district's CCMR scores via the school's vocational program. His efforts to maintain the façade of the district's success directly resulted in a 15% graduation rating among the Class of 2023. These student's were led to believe that their best interests were being taken into consideration by the administration and they were outright lied to. Not only is this behavior unacceptable of someone in his position, but is also an insult to every educator that left a little piece of themselves within each and every one of these students.

I've been in Marlin all my life and have never in history has this happen. He's trying to play to many roles. It's it's embarrassing enough he has been suspended for 2 years from school events and now this . I've been thinking about this and he is now making decisions on a personal level other than education basis
