He’s a evil person

Brendon Snowdon (Taupo, 2020-09-05)

#5

Sexual offence needs to be taken seriously in court otherwise people will keep doing it.

Jeiarne Wright (Christchurch, 2020-09-05)

#9

Why the***** is the justice system a joke and why are they constantly letting down the victims.

Kendall Cole (Auckland, 2020-09-05)

#10

No one should be able to commit a crime and not be convicted

Jessica Stone (Auckland, 2020-09-05)

#11

Stop making excuses for men to act this way 🤷🏻‍♀

Johannah Nikole (Wellington, 2020-09-05)

#12

I’m signing because I believe that it’s important for the New Zealand justice system to bring justice for these three women and for anybody to commit a crime should be punished for their crime regardless of how it will effect their future. This Adult male has already ruined these three poor women’s lives by choosing to do those horrific acts on three separate occasions with three separate victims.
If a judge is to not convict on any grounds other than innocence is an enormous miss carriage of justice and should be removed from their position immediately as they are unfit for their role.

Nathaniel Ward (AUCKLAND, 2020-09-05)

#13

Thank you for being the voice for people who don’t have one x

Renee X (Auckland, 2020-09-05)

#19

How can this not reasonably hold an actual conviction? What about the multiple victims who will carry this forever while he gets to play rugby and be in the army?!

Helen Cate (Hokitika, 2020-09-05)

#20

This is absolutely disgusting and as a woman she should have sentenced him.

Madeline Lewald (Damascus, 2020-09-05)

#24

I am a victim of sexual assault and was also failed by the justice system

Ellie Castle (Hamilton, 2020-09-05)

#26

I want to feel safe when I walk through a park, or down a street. I don’t knowing our justice system puts the offenders future above that of the victims. I’m angry.

Bay McCoy (Christchurch, 2020-09-05)

#27

The judge is pathetic and the disgusting boy needs to learn his lesson

Jasmine Leach (Gold Coast, 2020-09-05)

#31

Someone has to stand for justice when the 'justice system' fails. His crimes against women are inexcusable regardless of how they may hinder him going forward he needs to be punished and a very hard lesson to be learnt. Shame on the judge!!! Justice for the victims NOT lenience for the perpetrator!

Linda-jean Wikitera (Whakatane, 2020-09-05)

#32

Lock him up, he will do it again.

Jontelle Herbert (Napier, 2020-09-05)

#33

Coz fuk pedofiles

ALyssa Jade (Auckland, 2020-09-05)

#37

He should be hung for his crimes. So atleast put the predator behind bars.

Nickales Armstrong (Hamilton, 2020-09-06)

#38

This is not ok, we cannot let him get away with it and we cannot let our justice system continue to let terrible acts like this slide

Isabella Wicks (Wellington, 2020-09-06)

#43

it’s important

emily lockery (Wellington, 2020-09-06)

#57

Three women were sexually assaulted by one guy who's "future with sport and military" is more important than THREE women's lives and livelihoods.

This judge is an idiot too.

Lisa R (WELLINGTON, 2020-09-06)

#60

Sexual assault is serious and he should never have been let off

Maquaela Mckinnon-Peel (Auckland, 2020-09-06)

#66

This is ridiculous. Teach men that there will be consequences for their actions instead of letting them get away with it and showing the rest of them they they will continue to be allowed to get away with it.

Kim Reid (Auckland, 2020-09-06)

#74

Justice needs to be served

Olivia Williams (Wellington, 2020-09-06)

#82

If teenage arrogance goes unresolved it will be that much worse in adulthood and from a position of authority.

Stuart Mathieson (Palmerston Otago, 2020-09-06)

#87

Those girls deserve justice

Kate Truman (Wellington, 2020-09-06)

#101

This is completely unacceptable and it’s sadly Becoming a part of our culture and it needs to stop

Briana Mitchell (Wellington, 2020-09-06)

#115

The lack of conviction is both disgusting and concerning. This man should NOT be allowed to represent anyone in any sport as the lives of the three woman he assaulted will forever be changed. It is despicable that even with proof, a man can get off scott-free for permanently damaging a person’s physical and mental health. As a woman in New Zealand, this has made me feel deeply upset and afraid that if this man can get away with it, other abusers can too. Sexual Assault should never be okay in NZ, ever. The lack of conviction shows a complete lack of empathy and I am truly, truly disgusted.

Lani McNamara (Auckland, 2020-09-06)

#116

What message do we send saying that someone can get away with assaulting another simply because they want to join the Army instead. He should be prosecuted accordingly, be given the help and therapy needed by someone who thinks that's okay. Justice needs to be given.

Brittany Spencer (Auckland, 2020-09-07)

#117

I believe that we do not know how to equate costs to damage on our mental heath like we can equate costs to damage on property. Both things are done with selfish intent and assault should be punished just the same.

Maxine Craig (Wellington, 2020-09-07)

#119

Sexual assault is never okay.

PJ Renaud (Auckland, 2020-09-07)

#122

Justice needs to be served and men cannot walk around thinking they can get away with this hurrendous act

Alex Shirtcliffe (Wellington, 2020-09-07)

#126

I’m signing because as a woman of Aotearoa who has been molested herself, I am disgusted that this man has not been charged and isn’t suffering the consequences that he should get

Charm Tuapawa (Wellington, 2020-09-07)

#130

it is unjust to let him go free, what he has done to these women is not right and fair on them

laura radaich (wellington, 2020-09-07)

#143

STOP NORMALIZING THIS SHIT

Eva Brunel (wellington, 2020-09-08)

#144

Because the girls literally got no justice served for them because this poor "guy" has a future ahead of him. Wtf do you mean what's my reasoning for signing? 🤦

Jonah Kingi (Christchurch, 2020-09-08)

#145

-By not sentencing him means he has no consequences for his actions.
-No justice for the women he sexually assaulted
-He will reoffend

Charlotte Peina (Whanganui, 2020-09-08)

#147

This is disgusting... He should be charged!!! You chose to do the crime then be prepared to do the time 😡

Lynda Pothoven (Palmerston North, 2020-09-14)

#150

He should be prosecuted. No-one should be allowed to get away with this

Elizabeth Parker (Palmerston North, 2020-09-14)

#153

This Sexual assault is a CRIME against 3 women this sexual predator needs to be charged for his CRIME

Doreen Jones (Foxton, 2020-09-14)

#157

He is a danger to society and I will not tolerate injustice.

Cheyenne Ward (Palmerston north, 2020-09-14)

#158

Sexual assault is never okay, letting someone off gives the message they did nothing wrong

Penny Clark (Wainuiomata RD1 Lower Hutt, 2020-09-14)

#164

This is disgusting, first of all, my heart goes out to the three women who will be traumatised by this terrible boy's actions forever, be strong ladies!

Then the judge lets him off because he has family support for being a vile human being and because he is going to join the army, why on this earth would the army accept and give power to this person, and what sort of a message is that sending?

Lock him up and throw away the key!

Also agreed that this judge should have her title revoked and be publically shamed for not giving the women the justice they deserve, shame on you Stephanie Edwards.
