Open the Underground

As a result of the accommodation crisis many students have been forced to commute to and from college, however, there is a severe lack of parking on campus in TUS Midland campus. 
All students have paid €20 for a parking permit and this service is not being delivered to the students. Students are being forced to park off campus and for many including myself this has resulted in fines of up to €120. Alternatively students are paying an additional cost of €3 per day to park under the sports arena. As students we cannot afford these added expenses especially considering the increased cost of living. 
We are asking the college to consider making more parking available either on campus or close to campus. In the short term we are asking to open the underground free of charge to at least relieve some of the pressure.
