Subject: Petition to Reinstate the Annual Kids’ Halloween Party at the Club

Dear President and Committee Members,

We were disappointed to learn that the club has decided not to hold the annual Kids’ Halloween Party this year. This event has consistently been one of the most popular and well-attended on the calendar, with over 90 children participating each year.

The Halloween Party is more than just a celebration  it’s a cherished tradition that brings families and the wider Italian community together. Many children look forward to it for weeks, and for some, it’s the only opportunity they have to celebrate Halloween in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment surrounded by friends and family.

Parents and children alike are already asking about the party, and it’s heartbreaking to think they might miss out on an event that has brought so much joy and community spirit over the years.

We kindly urge you to reconsider this decision. With enough support and volunteers, we are confident the event can go ahead successfully once again. Please consider the voices of the children and families who treasure this special tradition at our club.
