We had a very bad service on the Internet as it was very slow ! We signed up with another company and when we rang Virgin we where told we would have to pay 200 euro because be broke the contract ! If we got a good service that we where paying for we would have stayed with them !

V bad customer service was always able to ring after contract time and re negotiate package was told nothing they cud do .. Never heard the likes in this day n age with so much competition... Also gave probs with my digital failing to record on a frequent basis ... Internet probs on daily basis .. Not objecting etc

Service has been terrible for 4 months now! Regular intermittant outages with the broadband and TV signal. I called but they just say it is working at the moment. No solution or acknowledgement that there is a problem at all.
