Because students that respond in such a destructive manner to voice their grievances as is currently happening at all universities do not deserve to be students. They are not worthy to study at all, they prevent other students from studying with their selfish and unreasonable demands. As a possible employer I will not employ such students, further I had been contributing financially (generously) towards supporting the less fortunate students (mainly black) that cannot afford to study, I had stopped all my contributions in this regard, these students do not show to me that they deserve to benefit from my hard earned money!!! I am an old student of Kovsies and I am sickened by the current situation and by the statements made by people who are supposed to be in a position to assist in not getting into situations like what is happening now. They are not supposed to be the instigators of violence in and against any group of people.

Times have changed yes. Everyone has anger yes. There are BEE systems in work areas that with the greatest respect give black people a huge advantage over white people but I am fine with it. I want to work hard for my salary and black people deserve all the oppertunities that are given to them. I just want to finish my studies in peace without violence commencing every month. I'm on a study bursary and this is very disruptive. We have adopted a black girl and I love her more than my white friends because she is my sister now. Can't we all just get along?

Because my child, and all the students, deserve the best education with a SRC that's for them, not "against" them. All the costs that occured, is ridiculous!!!!!!!! Remove that man, KEEP prof JJ and let the students stay calm AND GET THEIR DEGREES!!!!!!!!!!!! Nuf said.

Sick and tired of our students and kids bring kept out of class. The only thing students today do is strike. We pay money and deserve our education. Decent striking with a purpose is understandable but this pattern needs to be cut out. We are tired

We do not need young people to promote violence and disorder. This person is not allowed to be a student at UFS.
