Discrimination is just wrong! This dog is a family pet and whether he be pit bull or part or not, he doesn't deserve to be taken from his owner and killed. There are some really surely Brittany spaniels, yorkies and mastiffs don't see them getting put down ..Oh and maybe we should put all the hounds down because they chase foxes. Come on people, it's about what we do with a dog that makes the animal.. this dog is well loved and affectionate. He's family to his owner and anyone with a pet should see it in the eyes of his human and the dog.

I too have a very sweet and loving dog who might be a pitbull, or part pitbull anyway. I cannot imagine what Teddy's family is going through right now. This is a travesty of justice, pure and simple. Give the dog back to his people.

The dog's configuration is not that of a pit bull. The face is typical of boxer and bull dog breeds, and the body line is typical of breeds other than pit bull.

I own 2 Pitts, Achilles & Oogie, and they are GREAT DOGS!!!! And before them I had Loca & Sombra and they were GREAT DOGS!!! I love my dogs!!! All my PItts have been SWEET and AFFECTIONATE!! PLEASE LET TEDDY GO BACK HOME!!!

I have only owned pitbulls for the last 32 years. They are by far the most loyal and loving animals. I would fight as hard as this young man is for his hound.

I have 4 pitbulls and they are just lovable and loyal dogs. I have a 3 years old nephew and when he comes over he plays with them and lays with them. Regardless of the breed all dogs can turn and that depends on the owners and trainers. SAVE TEDDY!!

this is ridiculous. I work at an animal shelter, this dog is no more dangerous than a poodle. UK, so behind in the times. I will no longer sell travel to the UK because of this.

The nature of the dog comes form his invironment. How the dog is raised will determine its demeanor. I have Pittbulls, Siberian Huskies, and Shipoos. I have rasied 3 children with these dogs. They are their best freinds. The law is seriously stupid, although it has good intentions, it is overstepping its boundries. Since they claim that the dog may or may not harm someone becuase of its breed, then alcohol should be band because when consumed it changes ones demeanor and they are not in full control of their actions. And it has been proven time and time again that alcohol is lethal, drunk driving, black out rage, death from to much consumption. Check the stats, how many people die from pittbulls? How many people die from alcohol? Overwhelming majority will show alcohol kills at a higher rate. Think about it.

Because I own a super sweet dog that had a Lab for the mother and a pit Terrier for the dad and CoCo looks like a pit but is a big baby and loves to sit on your lap and loves to be hugged and gives kisses. God should be the the judge not prestigious humans that have never had good experiences like us that do love them.

Not everydog can be tarred with the same brush and shouldnt be killed because he shares his life with a child. The parents have given the authorities no reason to misjudge the fact that they are good parents and ahould be trusted to keep their child safe. To many people jump on the "pitbull bandwagon"

Dogs are as individual as people.  You cannot condemn an entire breed because of the actions of a few.  That's like banning an entire race of human beings IT'S WRONG!!!   Teddy has no bite history.  He's done nothing wrong.  It has been shown that breed specific laws DO NOT WORK!!  Furthermore, without DNA testing there is no way to know what Teddy's genetic makeup really is.  Regardless of what it might be you can't condemn him to death for no reason other than how he looks.

Teddy must be returned to his family asap.
He is absolutely innocent.
Must say, the English people have lost their mind abiding to ridiculous laws. How can anyone be breed biased? This dog Teddy simply resembles a pit bill and to die for that. I think the Judge needs to be sent to mental asylum before he creates more damage.
