We are all human and should be treated so.

I find it is disgraceful that people are being forced to flee, and then flee again...what is wrong with mankind when we forgot how to be kind?

Because I've been to The Jungle in Calais and have seen the desperation of the residents.

The conditions and overall treatment of the refugees Appals me, something needs to be done

 We will be standing in solidarity outside the Dail tomorrow from 5-7pm this is our 5th week. It would be great if you can make it. 

Because life is life and every one derserves to feel safe and protected.

Because the animal factory dont care about the âge and the healt of the female. They just care about the money. Lots of time its abuse. Etc...

These are people just like us, they speak English they wear similar clothes they look like you or me, they could be my best friend, my sister my aunt. We help people in disasters, typhoons, tsunami, with millions of dollars and open arms empathising with them hourly. These people did not choose the disaster that has befallen them, they are victims of a man made disaster yet not only do we not help them with food, clothing, immediate shelter and money, we turn them away, treat them like animals, with no empathy worse still almost with disgust. Why are they not receiving the same immediate assistance as those in a natural disaster? They too have no home, no clothes, no belongings, no food or water or shelter and absolutely no hope. The world, humans, the governments and yes all of us should be ashamed of ourselves. We have a chance to show mercy, undeserved open mercy. What does the UN stand for now?? My heart aches for the babies, the children, the parents the elderly, the pregnant, the disabled, the men and women facing death. Why do we not see this is like genicide, only we hold a machine gun if indifference and fear. I want to help, if I was there I'd let them stay in my house, feed their children, cry with them, help them and share what I have until they can survive on their own, many would do more for an abandoned animall. My heart breaks ......

 To everyone showing support here: Why? Why will the refugees not settle in the safe countries of Hungary, Greece and Slovakia? Or not even Italy and France? 

Its clear that the majority of the influx of people are economic migrants, whom desire to arrive at the nordic countries or UK, due to the welfare in those countries.

Because I believe everyone has a right to live in a safe and secure country. The Geneva Convention and all such conventions were created to protect people in their own countries or proper Assylum to be provided to the refugees by the countries party to these a Conventions/Agreements. People should not be made to suffer because their country of residence could no longer provide for them. Nor should people be denied Assylum due to their race or religion.

As the child of a refugee who was treated well, I want to live in a world where our communities are a safety net for those in need.

Shame on you FIVB and those 2 referee for the match between Japan and Thailand, this is the most disgusting match I have ever seen in my life. To be fair, i think the FIVB SHOULD DISCLOSE THE DETAIL IN THE 4TH SET, and why 2 FREE points was given TO JAPAN in the 5th. MORE IMPORTANTLY, PLEASE INSPECT THOSE REFEREES.

Seek justice

I am horrified at how little our government is doing to help in the face of this humanitarian crisis. Not only should we doing more just because of basic human decency but I truly believe that the failure to help will make the world a much less safe place for my children. Nothing breeds extremism like humiliation mixed with a sense of injustice
