 If they had simply ensured the legal side of things, then this situation would most likely not have happened, and if it had, there would be simple legal recourse.

Always get a solicitor involved to check the contract is good and you can't get screwed over too easily! Many people don't see the worth in this and class it as an expense not worth bearing (and why pay some fat cat legal pro anyway?) Then when this sh!t happens they cry.

These young people have been done over BIG TIME! Saw them working hard with their bare hands with a pregnant mother working all hours in the day and night they were working to build a future for themselves and the baby that was coming and for this to be allowed to happen is daylight robbery!!

I signed this petetion because we too had an amazing restaurant/bar in the ski resort of Grindelwald in Switzerland. The locals loved it and the tourists raved about it. But our landlord ripped us off and we ended up bankrupt. Good luck guys! Sending our support from overseas xx

The landlord has been very unfair and greedy in his dealings with this young family who have invested every penny and more into this business. He is now intends renting out the property using their furniture, oven and everything in the premises (which they paid for) to another tenant! Totally unfair and underhand!

The landlord's behaviour is not only immoral it is criminal!
Imagine if you were to open a successful up and coming business and the person who you pay rent for your premises decides to up your rent so astronomically it is not economically viable to pay! Then won't allow you to take "Your" business elsewhere because he is holding "Your" stock! This plus more is the current situation at this wonderful establishment/bar! In the words of the late Marvin Gaye, " What's going on?"
Is this what "You" would deem as fair?
