Its a no brainer.....we as humans capture these beautiful cats (and other animals) expecting them to become less of what God made them to be. When a human kills another human there is no hue and cry to have them "put down" is there? quite the opposite. Humans are far worse than animals ......save OZ for goodness sake he is just being a tiger not a murderer!!! Sincerest condolences to the family of Sam, I am sure she would not have wanted Oz to be euthanized .

My heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of this caring zoo keeper. In all sincerity, I believe in my heart of hearts, that if she could speak for him, she would also ask that this beautiful creature NOT be killed for being who he is. Very sincerely.

This is such a huge tragedy for the Keeper and her family, which will stay with them for ever. I hope they don't learn to hate the tigers for what has happened.
These wild animals are being captured and caged against their will for the pleasure and enjoyment of the general public - as well as being close to extinction for what is beyond their control.   Extinction!!!  So why put it down!
I personally don't think this lady would want Oz put down - she seemed to truly love doing what she did every day.
I hope they can look past their grief and sadness and back this petition.
Hopefully more stricter safety conditions will be put into place so that this cannot happen again.

A wild animal should remain in the wild. When human error causes such tragedy, I don't think that the animal is at all to blame.

You will never tame wildlife its humans that interfere and think they can rule and control everything. So leave the tiger alone you will never tame them its their instinct on survival.
