In Lincolnshire we get a raw deal we pay the same taxes as people in the cities and unlike them we have no choice but use these roads to go to work to earn the money to pay our taxes. Absolutely diabolical!

We all pay the same amount of car tax as every other car user in this country, yet have to suffer these dangerous roads. It's time the roads were brought up to a minimum standard, and maintained better. Perhaps the farmers of this county should contribute more to road tax for all the damage their heavy vehicles do to the highways.

This road needs to be done like the one near skegness stadium . That road was really bad till they closed it and redid all the road. This road needs to be  completely done from  Friskney to Stickney. I usualy travel on this road every weekend. It needs to be done now

How many people have to die before the highways dept. Take action and I don't mean slow signs

In about 2008 I was driving northwards along the east bank of Hobhole Drain, at less than 30mph, and hit such a bad patch that I was thrown onto the verge, and found myself looking down into the murky depths of the drain below. I filed a complaint with the local highways authority (there wasn't so much as a bumpy road sign at the ends of the road). I finished that someone should be sent immediately to investigate, and that they would see how bad it was.
In spite of this, shortly afterwards a family in a car went off the road and drowned. I did not know this until I read that an Inquest was underway at Horncastle.I immediately telephoned the Court and said that I had something to say on this issue, but was told it was too late, but that I could submit a letter if I wished. I did so. I heard no more about it.
I am horrified that this problem persists on Hobhole and Fodderdyke. so assume the Highway Authority was not held accountable for the accident I wrote about. This might explain why the problem has been allowed to continue.

The roads are in an appalling, dangerous state and in desperate need of repair and resurfacing. I personally have had my tyres burst whilst driving due to the severity of the pot holes, luckily on a dry day. These roads are costing lives.

I travel these roads daily to get to work and notice on a daily basis that the number of potholes seem to multiple overnight. These potholes are of significant size and depth and many unavoidable with passing traffic. These could easily cause accidents. I have lived in Eastville for only 7 months and unfortunately in that time I have seen too many cars in the river and smashed up over the verge!!

In the hope that central government will provide the funds necessary for the works to be carried out.

I have driven down the road in question, and in my opinion it is dangerous in the state it is in now.

We travelled the Fodderdyke Bank road during the summer of 2015 and I couldn't believe how bad the road was then. I can only imagine how much worse it has got since then. This is worrying because a friend and I are visiting the Wildlife Park on Tuesday 5th April. Lincolnshire County Council needs to get this sorted pronto.

The roads are disgusting. Simple truth. In seventeen years I have had to replace 5 or 6 ? suspension springs on my vehicles.
