THIS IS A PETITION TO REMOVE LAURA GLADING FROM OFFICE

Laura has allowed a PR firm to determine our worth.  Laura leans on Rob Clayman and is not able to make a decision without him.  She allows Clayman to speak disrepectfully to the base chairs when they questioned the highlights of the TA.  Laura was disrepectful to a new base chair from USA when she dared to demand a copy of the full TA before voting on whether to send the TA out to the flight attendants.

The company provides your bread and butter, but as long as Glading and her group of minions are making the sandwiches that are fed to the membership, we are now in big trouble.  The fact that the membership has absolutely no say-so in this latest TA is the crust on the sandwich she is force feeding us.   

Get rid of her if you can, as she does not work for US, she works for the company, but is paid by OUR dues.  Encourage every working crew member to sign this petition.  Save the link to the petition site and share it as often as you can.  The numbers are growing and the membership appears to be very dissatisfied with the latest *sandwich*.

Unfortunately, she and her *UNION* leadership has tied our hands and left us without a voice on the issue.  We might not have a vote on the TA, but we certainly have a voice on the petition so perhaps we can permanently knock her off of her broom.     

Laura Glading will never work under this new contract or any American contract.  She will never return to being a regular flight attendant.  Her ego won't permit it.  Being a flight attendant is beneath her.  All she cares about is being the savior of the AA flight attendants.  She credits herself as being the reason there was a merger.  She spends more time doing interviews promoting her persona than promoting our best interest. 

*Spoke to a friend last night who was on one of the roaming group phone calls randomly being held to spread the word about the petition.  Laura is not worried about this petition. She thinks this is from the same malcontents like the TWA group. The firm is concerned that there are former TWA flight attendants beginning to get current in their back dues. Details about the TA and how Laura pushed to close the deal were talked about on the call.  And how she lost her cool when her board pushed back on putting out the TA using only the highlights.  Heard Laura's hired gun, Clayman laid into the board and called them stipud.

Please share this petition with all your coworkers. We have our strength in numbers. We need 30% of members in good standing to send this to the treasurer to start the process. We can't let this opportunity to pass us by. Get the word out. Be assertive, not aggressive and don't ask on the plane while working.

The Most Pathetic Excuse For a Union President I Have EVER Encountered

Laura knew exactly what she was doing when she agreed to the CLA.  She got a taste of the publicity and it fed her ego.  She made a promise to Parker this TA would pass. The PR machine is working overtime to protect her and APFA. Laura Glading has no intention of bidding under the new contract.  The only time she will put on the new uniform is for a photo op. 

She needs to go !!!!! whne do we want it ?  NOW

she is looking after her future not after the F/A, but we need to show her that we are a real UNION
