This is the heartbreak Breed Specific Legislation brings about. Coupled with a discriminatory mindset in a poorly maintained shelter, and you have a disaster. When an owner does everything they are told to do, and are blocked, then have the evidence destroyed, someone need to answer to charges.

Something has to be done about those employed by the Counties at the Animal Shelters. It is my experience they have an "I don't care" mentality and that needs to change. This is appalling and we can no longer sit back and do nothing at the murders of these innocent animals!
