For justice for Lene’a. It doesn’t matter that he was a juvenile at the time. Murdering someone in cold blood should be punished to the full extent of the law and charged as an adult. I knew Lene'a and I saw the pain in her eyes because of Evan stalking and harassing her. He knew what he was doing and it's been proven that he knowingly preplanned to kill her and had no remorse over it. If I can pay my own way at 15 when I was 15, he knew what he was doing. I'm signing this because of multiple reasons. 1st and foremost is as an adult who was once a teenager, watching children do evil things and not have consequences to them is disheartening to say the least. We need to have responsibility for actions. Second as a gun owner and avid believer in the constitution any person who uses a gun in illigal and evil acts needs to be made an example to maybe help deter future gun violence. Last but not least I got to meet this beautiful girl and spend a little time with her and her dad. I'm singing because what this young boy did was not an accident. There is evidence, that the whole community has been made aware of, that this young boy had planned this murder out. He knew what he was doing and he acted on it. For days and even weeks prior to the murder he harassed his ex girlfriend and made a bunch of threats. I feel this needs to be taken seriously. So what he is 15 Yeats old. Did no body teach him that once you take a life that life is gone forever and will never come back? Did nobody teach him how horrible of a crime or act it is to kill another person? Like why does get a slap on the hand, he made an adult decision therefore he should be treated as an adult, plain and simple. Lenea didn't deserve to be shot point blank by her ex boyfriend who had been harassing and stalking 3 months prior. The murders family even knew what had been goin on, lenea even had reached out to Evans mother for help the night she was shot because she was over it and didn't know what else to do at that point. He undeniably did it, so now he should face the consequences. Lenea doesn't have a choice/chance to do anything and more because of his decision, it's a bad example for our youth and casper would continue to deteriorate.
