I share the same sentiments. The judge is acting a prosecutor in this case. He is hostile towards the defence lawyers and defence witnesses. He has failed numerous times to reprimand Advocate Boloyi to provide outstanding documents in the form of sworn in statements, section 205s. He is allowing the state to investigate the case during a trial. In some instances he helps state witnesses and Baloyi to answer or lead evidence. He is racist towards black lawyers and witnesses, he is also sexist and bullies advocate Mshololo every chance he gets. He also undermines black institutions of education in some cases often referring them to Bantu education. There is a high degree of unfairness by the judge. I also believe that the lawyers representing accused 2,3,4 and 5 are compromised often sleeping on important facts and evidence before them.
