I’m signing this petition because I want to be a part of the concert too. I couldn’t secure a ticket even though I have tried to queue to buy the pre-sale & general ticket. It was very frustrating, disappointing, and tiring as I woke up early in the morning just to purchase the ticket but got nothing in the end. I have been frustrated trying to secure the tickets for 2 days, 4-5 hours each day only to find many tickets were purchased by scalpers who are selling them more than 300% from the original ticket price. The system was so bad that the waiting queue was hours! It crashed many times and I got kicked out. Even when the seats were sold out, there were empty seats but every click on those seats showed it wasn’t available anymore. It was the worst experience purchasing concert tickets.
