I have met bus driver whom is very alert at late night of drunken folks and acted very calmly how to handle unacceptable behaviours. Disappointed to hear of this bus captain's response to the incident. He must be terrified as well. It will be great with more emotional training and actual demonstration of what needs to be done such difficult situations be great for all bus captains. Here I like to sign petition that dangerous weapons need to be banned from public transport and to any public events as well. Security guards or captains of the craft will be empowered to stop such events with support from the police. Security cameras to be installed to monitor the whole journey of the transportation. To release to police for reference when called for. Thank you.
