Im signing because we pay for a service we do not get. We do not get water because there is no competent and dedicated management of the water supply servicea at Madibeng. No technical know how and misspending of the rates paid by people who do not reveive the service. Where does the money go to, why is money not allocated fir services and why are competent people including white people not employed to manage these tasks. WHY?
