No maintenance is done to streets and pavements. No proper rubbish bins in parks. Cemetry is in bad state. Next to river it looks like a rubbish dump. Although we pay to have access to elektricity 24 hours a day we only have electricity 21 hours a day. Switching electricity off cause damage to our TV and other electrical appliances.
