Am worried about congestion in this small town and losing green belt land.

Sandown is green belt, the roads cannot cope with current flow of traffic.
And I care about this community.
Laws are laws and should be adhered to.

I'm signing because the proposed developments will seriously spoil the amenity of living in Esher

Ridiculous over development of the area.

Esher doesn't need another 500 cars on the road and this green open space has to remain GREEN

1. The development is on greenbelt land.
2. The size and number are inappropriate
3. The development will place unsustainable pressure on local facilities and amenities eg roads and schools

i’m signing because why destroy our planet further by getting rid of greenery!!! makes no sense!

I am a local resident and deem Sandown Park to be an key and intergal part of the local community and should not be used for development. There is already severe pressure on roads and services in the area which would only be compounded by this development.

How much grass are you going to leave us with?! Get rid of some of the unwanted shops and leave sandown alone!!!

Keep Green Belt land free from development

We are already at more than capacity in handling the traffic in the area not to make it worse by further development .
This is green belt and further development is unhelpful if we want to preserve the amenity of the area

I am against this enormous development of flats and the chaotic results of traffic congestion and overload of current facilities.

I’m strongly apposed to any building on green belt and want to protect the remaining green space in ESHER for future generations

Our roads are already gridlocked for much of the day, particularly around the racecourse. 310 dwellings and their related traffic journeys will have a very negative impact on our overstretched traffic system.
Where are the services such as schools, doctors, hospitals going to come from? The Green Belt should mean the Green Belt, ie no development that would completely destroy the character of the Borough.

I object to this development on green belt land as it would totally overwhelm the roads which are already extremely busy anyway.

I'm signing this petition because I believe we need to protect precious greenbelt in Esher. Covid 19 has shown us that we need to protect our world from unnecessary development and personal financial gain .
