The driver is responsible !! He should also face consequences. He was in charge of the bus and the trip and what happens during it.
How can he just sit there and not intervene or call the police or the control room! Is there no communication device on the bus ??
AUCKLAND TRANSPORT DO BETTER !! These is a series of these happening on YOUR public transport service very frequently.. which is very very concerning.
Just imagine putting your Kids in Jasons shoes and i would like to see how you react !!
It’s a disgrace that this is still happening.

This shouldn’t happen in New Zealand. The driver has responsibility to protect passengers and help the victim.

I am very concerned about the increasing crime rates in our country, especially at public transport locations like train stations and bus stops. The rise in underage crime is particularly troubling. Our government needs to take action and impose stricter penalties, even for minors, to teach them hard lessons before they become serious criminals.

The government has to make their words become true which is bring NZ back. Public need a result for this case, the country needs an answer. First need to find this perpetrator, and then how to penalty is the key. If the law is still soft and make the perpetrator no fear about the law. This country will be fallen and no way back. Then good people will leave.
