Not collecting our bins on time causes serious health concerns and puts our bins at risk of being stolen. We pay to have this service, yet for the last 5 months the bins are never collected on time.

The inefficiency of the refuse collection in Germiston North is inexcusable! Primrose East regularly takes 4 days to collect. The inability to keep the fleet of trucks operational needs serious attention. Somebody should be fired.

Sometimes we have to put our bins out 4 days in a row, just HOPING that our refuse will be collected. This is time consuming, plus by that time our bins are overflowing. There are 13 trucks yet only 2 or 3 are operational at any given time. Why are the trucks not fixed???
