I am an Chinese immigrant and have been living in New Zealand for ten years. New Zealand is known to the world as the most friendly and peaceful place in the world and to me. However, this incidents have reviewed that racies and hatriage might have rooted in some of the people and government should act on such behaviour. The person should pay for her actions otherwise such things will happen more and more

It is disgraceful and disgusting that no one except the kind gentleman helped the 16 year old boy of Asian ethnicity. That 16 year old could have been my son. So terrible that we just do nothing and that horrible woman gets away with it.
I wish I was on that bus to help you. No one should ever feel that unsafe or be verbally abused and assaulted like that!

HONGTAO ZHANG (AUCKLAND, 2024-07-03)

The bus driver should not allow dangerous weapons in the bus, and should avoid dangerous people to hurt other passengers, and should offer reasonable help and call police. This driver is terrible and is not a human!

Susie Su (Auckland, 2024-07-03)

#5741

This is unacceptable, Although the bus driver shouldn't have to deal with people like this , he or she must have duty of care to his or her passengers. In this case , the driver did all kinds of wrong, just like the abusive woman that entered his bus.
