I’m a student of Walter Sisulu University. This could have happened to me , leaving home for a better future then coming back as a copse. I am signing this petition because we lost one of us, the campus is where we are supposed to be safe because we spend more time there than our home, wsu is our second home. Home is supposed to be a safe place, not a place where you will be dodging bullets. I am writing this because i am feeling sorry for the parents who sent their child to university for a bright future only for their child to come back in a casket, no parent deserves that kind of pain. The young soul we lost would have been a bread winner in his oe her family, he would have changed the home situation but now all the hard work of the parents went to vein.
