That land is too beautiful to be a development. Schuylkill county would benefit from far better projects than this.Corene Parrish (Elizabethtown, 2024-10-07)

I grew up in the area and now still live close by with my own family. Having a beautiful area turned into this would be devastatingAmanda Roach (Schuylkill Haven, 2024-10-07)

I grew up here and im raising a family here. I want to keep schuylkill beautiful. No one wants an eyesore and more importantly much greater burden on our local infrastructure. Keep schuylkill rural! That's why we live here!Michael Stramara (Orwigsburg, 2024-10-08)

Keeping farmland is important to our area, and we do not need more truck traffic in our area.Malia Bowen (Schuylkill Haven, 2024-10-08)

I live on Adamsdale Rd. I don’t want this eyesore across from my home. I don’t want the excessive traffic on this little 2 lane rd. I don’t want the road widened so it bumps up to my house as I am only 1 car width from the road as it is. I don’t want the many deer and turkeys who live her to be displaced or killed. I don’t want our pristine land destroyed or my property value to be destroyed.Shawn Lynch (Schuylkill Haven, 2024-10-08)

I’m opposing the construction of warehouses and the impact it will have on my community.Derek Singley (Cressona, 2024-10-08)

Traffic congestion, noise pollution, light pollution, drainage issues, at least 3 new traffic lights, land destruction. No benefit to the community, only to those selling to the developers.Ralph Thomas (N. Manheim Tw[, 2024-10-08)

I think we need more balance , just because land can be built on , doesn’t mean it should .Dennis Ricky DeLucia (SCHUYKL HAVN, 2024-10-08)

I live right on Adamsdale rd. Traffic on this road would be horrendous if there were trucks going by every day! My family has enjoyed this peaceful area for 28 years. Warehouses would destroy our small community! I am sickened to see that this might happen!Beth Weller (Orwigsburg, 2024-10-08)

I use the Adamsdale road frequently. It’s too small for tractor trailer traffic. Also, we need open farm land. Too much development is not a good thing for nature, both for wildlife and for humans. There are enough empty warehouses in Schuylkill and Berks counties. We don’t need another warehouse destroying our roads and bringing too much traffic that our roads can’t handle!Sharon Kissinger (Auburn, 2024-10-08)

I lived in Schuylkill County for over 50 years. Enough with the warehouses and developments!Molly Lunn (Wimaum, 2024-10-08)

Route 61 is high in traffic and accidents. We don’t need extra trucks on the road. Truckera who are not experienced will not be able to make the turn from Adamsdale Road on to Green Tree drive at the Cantina.I don’t want light pollution or noise pollution

We need to preserve our scenery and small town feel. There are numerous warehouses 20 minutes in both directions from there near major interstates that are barely filled. Utilize what you have before destroying land.Chelsey Rarick (Pottsville, 2024-10-08)
#358
There are 10 vacant warehouses within a 20 mile radius that have better infrastructure to support shipping traffic and are closer to major travel arteries than this proposed location. Stop approving farmland for vacant warehouses. Clearing the land for concrete adds to the flooding issues other areas are experiencing.Alesse Coover (Orwigsburg, 2024-10-08)

I live off 61 . I work at seltzer ins . This will cause a lot of traffic a lot of accidents and it’s not a good idea to put a building up like that. I will cause a lot of problems.justine ney (Schuykl Havn, 2024-10-08)

We do not need warehouses or more commercial property in the area also the traffic to come with it. KEEP THE LAND AS IT IS! There is plenty of commercial property available just not for enormous warehouses that we don't need in the area.. Hamburg, Leesport, Pottsville and Frackville have plenty of space to put the warehouse. KEEP THE LAND GREEN!Lane Yoder (Auburn, 2024-10-08)

I’m signing this because the commercial development has a negative impact on humans, plants and wildlife wellbeing as well as decrease property value.Cassandra Vernitsky (Pottsville, 2024-10-08)

I run with the fire department and we cannot handle the volume of truck and car traffic of multiple developments and commercial projects as it is. Our current level of infrastructure will be decimated.Frank McDonough (Orwigsburg, 2024-10-08)

Far to many empty wearhouses are already built on what used to be senic and farm land you can't eat without farms and once buildings are built it can never go backjames foose (Pottsville, 2024-10-08)
