#204

The potential negatives outweigh the positives, especially the safety of residents and the local ecosystem.

Todd Collinsworth (West Jefferson, 2024-09-18)

#205

I do not want a biodigester in my families backyard.

Michelle Redding (London, 2024-09-18)

#208

We have had quite enough intrusion into our County from outsiders exploiting our prime farmland! All the waste for this facility is from Columbus. They (Columbus) should deal with their own damn problems, not us!! This is a total slap in the face to Madison County, and WE ARENT PUTTING UP WITH IT!!

Thomas Breckenridge (London, 2024-09-18)

#217

I do not want the biodigester in our county. I am concerned about the negative affects it can bring to the health of the residents, the impact on drinking water, and the smell that it could cause.

Jesse Bobo (London, 2024-09-19)

#218

This is in an area that is in the historically agricultural heartland of Madison county. A small enclave that is still deeply connected to the roots of the state. It should not become a literal dumping ground for urban sprawl.

Dylan Ewing (London, 2024-09-19)

#230

I am a resident of Sparling Road directly across from the proposed biodigester.

Steven Dersom (West Jefferson, 2024-09-19)

#236

It is too close to houses, schools, and water ways. Even a small accident could cause too much damage.

Joseph Lannoye (W JEFFERSON, 2024-09-19)

#250

I live very close to the proposed site, near the Little Darby Creek, which we moved to because of the pristine environment. This would destroy the air and hurt the property values.

John Kinateder (West Jefferson, 2024-09-20)

#254

This potentially dangerous facility is not welcome in our community. It’s toxic and the roads and infrastructure in this area simply cannot handle this.

Beth Roberts (West Jeff, 2024-09-20)

#258

-Too close to homes and schools
-Pollution, smell.
-Previous accidents occurring with biodigesters.
We don't need this is our community!

Allyce Lannoye (West Jefferson, 2024-09-20)

#259

NO!

Liz Kuebler (West Jefferson, 2024-09-20)

#262

I do not want this in my county or around my neighbors. It didn't work in Greene Co., we don't want it here!

Andrea Dillion (London, 2024-09-20)

#267

I don’t want this in Madison County we already have solar panels destroying farm ground and now this. This will not only destroy good ground but the smell when hot will be awful just like Grove City. Also such an eyesore

Sharon Gore (Mount Sterling, 2024-09-20)

#278

For all the reasons stated, combined with close proximity to the proposed site, this is not in the best interests of the residents or for the county. It only serves to provide a disposal site for questionable materials from manufacturers and processors that could cause irrevocable harm to our air, the ground, our water/groundwater and not to mention our local residents, while enriching those who have no other objective than to profit from it.

James Foster (West Jefferson, 2024-09-20)

#285

I have friends that live out that way and I would hate to see them at risk of possible contamination.

Megan West (Galloway, 2024-09-20)

#290

Doesn’t sound pleasant for the community. Traffic is already a nightmare

Teresa Butler (W Jefferson, 2024-09-21)

#292

I live on Wilson rd and I’m very concerned about the biodigester malfunctioning. This has been my home for over thirty years and I don’t want it to be ruined over this

Jacalyn Landrum (West Jefferson, 2024-09-21)

#293

No land owner has the right to jeopardize the health and well being of my family, not to mention knowingly devalue my property. If this man wants to make money bad enough, have it installed near his home. Shame on him and shame on the commissioners for keeping people in the dark leading up to this getting out. Simply unacceptable.

Nicholas Millican (West Jefferson, 2024-09-21)

#294

I’m signing this because my husband and I have worked hard to provide a safe home and environment for our children to grow up in. The risks associated with such a project are simply unacceptable. It is immoral for any land owner or company to put other peoples’ health and well being at risk without their consent.

Heather Millican (West Jefferson, 2024-09-21)

#296

I grew up near the Frank Road facility and had to hold my breath whenever I drove by. Now I live close to this proposed site and want to maintain our fresh air.

Jon Lamb Jr (London, 2024-09-21)

#297

I live in this township and I fear for our future. I have lived in this community my whole life. This is not who we are.

Rachael Betts (London, 2024-09-21)

#310

My health matters. Build this around Polaris or Easton. Give us a break.

Clarice Kitchen (Mt. Sterling, 2024-09-21)

#311

I have lived by a bio-digester and know the odor, contamination and traffic issues it causes. I am a land owner in Fairfield Township and do not want this bio-digester near my property contaminating our land, water and air.

Kimberly Duncan (YELLOW SPRINGS, 2024-09-21)

#312

I'm a farm landowner in Madison County/Fairfield township.

Michael Duncan (Yellow Springs, 2024-09-21)

#315

This only helps 1 family. Has no advantages for the rest of community. Dangerous traffic which ruins country peace for so many families. The solar farms have ruined so much farm land in MC. They didn't keep all of their many promises. I don't trust this project and your promise either.
Putting community first ? I don't think so.
No way do I believe that chemicals aren't involved in this process.
SPILLS and TANKER TRUCKS ??
No thanks !!!
You say only 10 to 20 tankers per day come in. Well they need to go out too. Let's see, now those neighbors have between 20 and 40 tankers passing by their homes each day. How would you like that ?
Take your big money grab somewhere else.
PLEASE !!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sisan Dyson (London, 2024-09-21)

#355

Because this is a bunch of shit.!!

William Bush (West Jefferson, 2024-09-22)

#358

Concerned for the increase in traffic, possible chemical accidents, lower evaluation of property

Janet Stevenson (West Jefferson, 2024-09-22)

#367

I live on Route 665. I don't want the extra traffic. There are lots of traffic traveling fast and the rate of accidents is high. I travel past Wilson Road several times a week. I don't want the health and safety concerns that will most likely occur

Joyce Flowers (London, 2024-09-22)

#371

We do not want this in our are take it to Columbus.

Robert Harper (West Jefferson, 2024-09-22)

#372

I'm signing this petition to oppose the proposed bio-digester facility in Madison County, Ohio. Placing such a facility in a rural area would significantly increase truck traffic on country roads, disrupting the peaceful environment that many residents moved here to enjoy. The frequent heavy trucks could also lead to wear and tear on infrastructure, raise safety concerns for local drivers, and increase noise and pollution levels.

Beyond the impact on daily life, there are potential environmental risks associated with a bio-digester, such as the release of harmful emissions and possible contamination of local water supplies. I believe the long-term consequences of this facility outweigh any potential benefits, and I am standing with my community in advocating for a safer, healthier, and quieter future for Madison County.

Lori Wallace-Roberts (W JEFFERSON, 2024-09-22)

#374

I don’t want this behind my house and no one wants it

Ethan Friessen (West Jefferson, 2024-09-22)

#377

I don’t want it!

Chris Dennis (London, 2024-09-22)

#378

Madison county his given up too much land already. The residents do not deserve to live in the vicinity of this project. The risk are too high and nobody should have to smell this place.

Chad Keller (London, 2024-09-22)

#380

I don’t want the chance of any air quality or smell issues.

Gary Thompson (West Jefferson, 2024-09-22)

#382

County resident should not use farmland for renewable energy only farming

Garry Scott (London, 2024-09-22)

#387

I'm tired of big industry (solar, warehouse, biodigester) taking over our valuable farm land!!

Nathan Morehart (London, 2024-09-22)

#389

I live nearby the proposed installation area. I'm concerned for our land and the water in this area.

Clarence Copley (West Jefferson, 2024-09-22)

#390

I am concerned for all the residents close to the area and the water shed.
I live within 3 miles, Jefferson Township.
This facility will affect personal property values.
I am unhappy with the county and township trustees who have pushed this through.

Deana Copley (West Jefferson, 2024-09-23)

#393

We don't need this anywhere near West Jeff. I'm sure the only people benefitting from this live nowhere near the impacted areas.

Clifton Hostetler (West Jefferson, 2024-09-23)

#395

NHE BIODIGESTER DOES NOT BELONG IN MADISON COUNTY. I am opposed to this - too many failures that pollute the air, contaminate the soil and water.

Nena Dillon (West Jefferson, 2024-09-23)

#399

I don’t want a shit plant next to our school

Adam Fry (West Jefferson, 2024-09-23)
