The proposed development on Pomona Road is inappropriate for a Rural Neighborhood zone.Pomona Road is an important and heavily used thoroughfare for traffic coming to and from surrounding hills areas particularly at drop-off and pick-up times. Pomona Rd is used by cars, buses, commercial vehicles, trucks, cyclists and pedestrians. The development application does not consider the impact on TRAFFIC FLOW along Pomona Road, it only considers the number of cars. The traffic flow will be impacted as cars enter/exit the proposed car park which will result in traffic congestion and danger.

hey everyone I noticed NCAA is trying to create a new rule making xc teams go from 17 runners per team to 10 and track also is getting decreased from 45 to 35 runner per team. I believe that these sports are not just about money but are about the great community and people around these sport. And in doing such a rule change will truly hurt the sport more then it will help it in the long run. So let's fight and stop this rule as a community!!!...
