This area is over-congested and the proposed project will cause even more traffic back-ups for left turning traffic to Hamilton Mill Rd from SR 124, which already has back-ups, which, at certain times, extend to over a 1/2 mile on SR 124 coming from SR 324. This project will also exponentially increase the volume of stalled traffic exiting Sardis Church rd to access I-85 and SR 124, which is already problematic. The road infrastructure is totally inadequate.

On top of that, Seckinger High School was built to help with the overcrowding in Mill Creek. Traffic around Hamilton Mill is already a disaster. It can take us close to a half an hour on bad days just to get to the bridge at 85 coming from Jim Moore and 124. In addition, there is a housing shortage. I’m not opposed to adding housing, but am definitely opposed to 700 apartments and the incredible amount of traffic that will come with it.

Also, now that we have a school, there are kids walking and it's extremely dangerous as there are no sidewalks heading all the way to Kroger.
