INZ is being Bias with Indian community, Even in my case regarding my residency they attitude towards my case shows they don’t want me to stay in this country.
So in large, who were struck in off shore is benefiting there policy which shows they are after taxes from an individual migrant around 4-5 years then they charge more fees for visa it’s all planned as they is no offical board were we can complaint about then.
In simple words they kicking us out.

Hi there, I’m signing this petition because I’m also suffering from this border closure. I was supposed to get married in April this year and my fiancé Rahil Prasad is in Fiji. We have been trying to apply for exemption so many times but got declined on several occasions. If we could be help for anyone out there who’s been suffering like us I’m happy to sign petition and support them. We are going through same situation. The Immigration Department is taking too long to process visas and are continually extending the processing period. Many migrants have already paid a lot of money and have been told certain processing times that have been false. This is extremely stressful. If someone were to have their current visa expire while waiting for their application to be continuously delayed, this is tantamount to theft on the part of the New Zealand government. Please speed up processing times.
