I'm signing because I'm being charged a fee for a number which was canceled acc closed off number was transferred to someone else as a prepaid number. A year a half later I get told I owe for that number and being charged a rejection fee this is fraud no body wants to assist or listen just being told to pay.

I have a contract R359 pm. No problem until about 4 months ago when I'm being billed for subscriptions that I never requested. Logged complaint with Waspa. They confirmed problem is on Telkom side. Telkom said they will reimburse me overpayment. They also confirmed they have blocked that no further subscription will go through... Guess what?? I'm still being overcharged and my account is being debited with amounts I've not agreed to! They are now ignoring my messages. I've been into Telkom offices but am told they don't deal with accounts I must phone them. I'm at the end of my tether. This can't continue... Absolute fraud! Something must be done! They stealing from too many people.

I am signing this petition because telkom have been giving me problem when you call their call center you get poor service the phone call ends without getting any help yesterday I bought 10 rand airtime which I already had 14 rand airtime in my phone so all in all I had 24 rand airtime but I woke up today saying I have insufficient airtime let not forget the 10 free airtime I got its was also gone

I'm signing because Telkom introduced me to their device insurance finrite, i claimed for a new device and they made me pay the access fee R430 ,after some time they told me they dont have the cell phone but made me chose the lesser one.So i decided go with it but since then i've been calling and calling everyone keep telling me the same story ...it been three months now im still waiting they not even bothering to get back at me.And it annoys that they keep debiting for my account for something i dont have.

I have had a contract with telkom where I am paying for services I am not receiving.
My wifi speed is nothing close to what it should be. This has forces us to use alternative option but at the end of the day it still shows that data is being used even though there is noting connected to it.

Further my device insurance was cancelled by Telkom without my concent or knowledge. They have been referring me all department to try an trace the this but as always no one can help or admit to this.


They are redusing me from cancelling my contract as I have had enough of these fraudulent schemes of their. But even that can't be done.

I have never came across such a mismanaged company that will rob the clients.

They are thieves and liars

They gave me the worst service ever... back in 2014 I signed up for a landline so I can use it for internet. .. they never installed it but they billed me and when I queried they insisted I used the line etc so I asked them to come show me the line since they have my address. .. 3 debit orders later they cancelled a line I didn't have and wanted me to pay for cancellation fees... so I claimed my money back. .. in 2018 I took out a LTE Sim when it was activated I realised the speed was very low im talking 120kbps to 20kbps and then my drama started I was billed monthly after trying go get hold of a technician which never happened and they charged me penalties for reversing and the penalty was more then the monthly bill. .. few thousand rands later I got hold of icasa and had them fight my case and I got all my money back. .. this useless network can just shut down
