Scrap dealer are not controlled. No police or security to investigate matters. As the police do not do it. They don't have man power. Or experts to do it.

Combined private investigation Was making a difference.. All intelligent driven. Hand in hand to assist the police. Cameras. In substation. Responding task teams. And hot spots monitored (all professional trained people / not just a security company. People like this should be brought back to assist )
