For everybody's safety and to avoid deflation on the value of properties in these areas, these people have to be moved to a location out of town where there is facilities (toilets) for them.It will become very dangerous for the young one's in school and for all Rates payers living in these areas where more and more people put up tents to live in.

Mathys Cockrell (Durbanville, 2022-07-17)

I am signing because as a resident of Durbanvillle it is concerning to see how this tent town has grown from 2 to 8 and now 17 tents whiich is a HUGE CONCERN.We as residents wil not allow a informal settlement like Du Noon to develop rigjt under our noses in the Centre of our town.
There are no facilities at Baxter Street and besides a health hazard, the sight of people defecating is not what anybody can accept, especially not when we have a primary school right there. This is not what children should be subjected to.
We would like to find a solution!!!
Gerda Hofmeyr (Durbanville, 2022-07-17)
