This is the best family friendly mud event in the entire country. Our family and so many others that we know want to raise our children in a safe environment while enjoying what we love. So many other events are not kid friendly and this way we are able to enjoy the mud all together without worrying about what my child will see or get into. This event is extremely well organized, the security is amazing and the owners are amazing. They should be able to continue holding this event without outrageous stipulations.

Iron Horse is a friendly family oriented park that allows families to enjoy a sport and spend time with family and friends. There is always security, cops and medics available at any time during one of their events. Many people travel around the US to attend an event put on by Iron Horse and even international travel. A lot of revenue is brought into Perry from said event by attendees. Freedom is given to all and should never be taken away when no laws are being broken.

The Larson’s have made this a great place for families to attend that do not like the different side of these types of events. I remember when it was trucks gone wild hosting the events at iron horse, it was not a family environment by no means. But for one man to have such demands to make the owners of this now great mud park shut the gates is a travesty. My son and I know a ton of other kids look forward to going to iron horse every event and it’s not right for them not to be able to go because of one selfish individual. Todd do stupid stuff for them just for their gain so that residents of Taylor County and those who come from afar can enjoy and have a fun filled weekend. Please change this wavier issue. There is alot of revenue that come from a Mud Bog weekend for our town not to mention the money for people's families of the workers that work out there for this special event and for all the concession stand ones that come in. This is a great event for everyone including families. People travel from all over to come to the two events that happen each year!
I think it is unreasonable for adjoining property owners to ruin these two weekends (a total of 8 days a year)
These events bring tons of people to the small town for 8 days. Businesses benefit from these events! The United States are supposed to be free, we boggers get together a few times a year to enjoy each other’s trucks and company. The adjoining property owners are being unreasonable, this needs to be addressed via the county or state.

Mudbogging is a somthing iv been doing since I was a kid. It’s a Taylor county tradition every March and October you can find me at the iron horse mud ranch for somebody who doesn’t go or who hasn’t been around it wouldn’t understand I look towards bogging at iron horse like a holiday mud parks do have a bad reputation but I assure you iron horse is not that park it’s the ONLY! Family oriented mud park with a kids play park swings, heck Tod Larson built a dang beach for family fun next to some of the prettiest blue water around Perry I’d be absolutely upset with the county commissioner’s if the Larson family had to close there gates for good they all have worked so hard to make iron horse the Disney land of mud bogs and there’s no hiding it from the metal sculptures mr Tod had built by hand just for the park to the camp area were you set up your tents iron horse is just FAMILY FUN around the hole park!

I fly out twice a year for events..They are run beautifully ...I go to many mud parks across canada and the U.S...
