Firstly vagrants disturb the peace by stealing and fighting. Secondly they use public grounds without facilities like toilets, thereby creating health risks. Lastly, they are also people and deserve dignity, respect, and a roof over their heads.

The issue of the homeless and vagrants in our town and region is getting desperate and our municipality is doing nothing to alleviate their plight or to address the danger they pose to the health and safety of the community. There are no ablution facilities and they leave their urine and excrement everywhere. This is a great health hazard.
