Injustice a Humanitarian Crisis. Property and Homes being destroyed a 100% Redress Scheme has to be granted to these people of Ireland not a Grant

Philip Dunkley (London, 2022-11-16)

#2

I'm signing this as every home and property owner in County Donegal and on the Island of Ireland deserve to know the full truth. All who are affected deserve real JUSTICE and 100% financial REDRESS from Government, not a GRANT.

Frank McBrearty (RAPHOE, 2022-11-16)

#9

People's dream homes are ruined and the building trade knew all about the mica. The government needs to make sure no homeowner is out of pocket and their homes rebuilt without a long drawn out process

Marian McCormack (Craigavon, 2022-11-16)

#10

It's imperative to get to the route cause of this crisis. There must be some accountability and a proper solution needs to be implemented. All victims MUST at the very minimum be indemnified.

Ann Conlon (Ballina, 2022-11-16)

#11

Everyone affected now and in the future should receive 100% redress and the people responsible for this atrocity from the companies, county councils and government bodies should all be prosecuted.

Fiona McLoughlin (Donegal, 2022-11-16)

#21

I'm signing this petition as I could never understand why deleterious minerals were not all addressed as was in UK pre IS465 & why the defective block manufacturers continue to produce defective concrete products as self regulation =no regulation. There has to be preventative measures taken

Connolly Michael (Rathmullan, 2022-11-17)

#38

Defective block home owner. Quarries/gov are responsible.

Frances Mclaughlin (Buncrana, 2022-11-17)

#40

My home is made from defective blocks as are my neighbours, and even other family members. The scheme doesn't work. The government don't seem to care about solving the issue or even doing the correct research to find what's causing the defective blocks. Blocks that are still not fit for purpose be sold today!
We need an Independent Judicial Public Inquiry into this for the failings of the government, local authorities block manufacturers for not following regulations or implementing them and holding them to account for this humanitarian crises.

Greta Mc Ginty (Stranorlar, 2022-11-17)

Barry Herron (Ballybofey, 2022-11-17)

The government need to put in place legislation to ensure all building products are produced to the correct standard and to ensure any defective buildings abs homes get fixed free of charge to the owner . Lastly to see the companies who have produced defective building materials prosecuted as this is criminal.

Roberta Kelly (Wicklow, 2022-11-17)

#74

It’s the right thing to do!

Berni Bones (Longford, 2022-11-17)

Commercial property owner

Cathy O'Neill (Buncrana, 2022-11-19)

#142

After over a decade the Irish Government cannot and will not do what is right by the homeowners. This was not our fault. This #Mica #defectiveconcreteproducts crisis was caused by past Government removing block regulations and allowing block manufacturers to self certify. We need our homes back, we need our lives back. The present Government can right this wrong but choose not to.

Martin Mc caul (Donegal, 2022-11-21)

#171

I own a 21yr old non defective house in ROI but because the Irish government blamed mica instead of pyrrhotite I cannot get my house sold because I have 5.54% free mica, 10.2-15.8N and minimal trace of other deleterious materials that a geologist and engineer has deemed won't impact the block. A bank has already rejected a buyers mortgage on my property because of my report rendering me in limbo with a house that is immaculate
