Winfield is over crowded. There should not be any new subdivisions going up until they widen 109th and 117th. I feel it is unfair to build this subdivision connected to Wyndance or or any other subdivision for easy access.

I am concerned about the lower quality of houses and small lots that do not match the intent of the Town of Winfield Comprehensive plan.

Traffic patterns all over Winfield are terrible. From the obvious huge traffic flow on 109th; Randolph will become worse as well as 113th and surrounding roads in this and other communities from the increased population. Another concern is overcrowding of schools.

This is not the Winfield we originally moved to..The Winfield that has a small town feel..with the two lane roadways (109th), we cannot support more and more cookie cutter subdivisions with tiny lots. We do not have the capacity for such growth..plus this will cause our property values to drop significantly

I moved to Winfield in order to live in a more rural area. Since moving here, the farm land around us has been disappearing at an alarming rate! I'm starting to think we should've moved further south! The Winfield government seems to be more interested in tax dollars, and less interested in maintaining the atmosphere that most of us were searching for when we came here!

I do not want any R4 lots or the increased traffic congestion due to packing them in. It is already a "suicide run" to make a left turn out of Wyndance subdivision. They are 52 villas that house senior citizens in Wyndance, and they should not be afraid to exit the subdivision.

There are too many homes being built and lack of infrastructure to support the additional bodies and vehicles on the roads which are already a death trap. I live in the trees and can barely make a right turn to get out of development. Forget a left. The city is going to be looking at a lot of liabilities as the death toll climbs because you chose to add more homes but didn't bother to fix the roads to accommodate them.
