My son Connor currently attends kindergarten at guardian angels. I plan to enroll my son Garrett in preschool at guardian angels when he is 4, the fall of 2022.

I have seen my daughters growing up at Guardian Angels school 2 of them already graduated and one still attending and looking forward to see her coming home with a GA Diploma. We have gone through so many activities that brought happiness to our kids.
We really appreciate all the hard work that teachers do everyday and we thank all the personal that works at GA in general, They are a very important part in our kids lives and their growing as persons. We also have to mention that all the jobs that will be lost and the problems that the closing of our school might bring. I personally have a very busy life running my small construction business and it’s sometimes impossible to collaborate with all activities at school. I don’t want Guardian Angels school to close and be forgotten.
I’m willing to help as much as possible when its required.

Get on Catholic radio..start a prayer to be said everyday by everybody. Don't shut it down. Save the school. Don't give up right away! Give interviews in papers, go on tv, there's so much you can do!

I am signing this petition because I used to teach at GA and I believe that this wonderful, faith filled school has a lot to offer youth and their families. I have a long history with being connected to GA. Not only was I a teacher there in the 2000s for six years but my parents actually met at GA when it was a Catholic high school! They now have been married for over 40 years! I know that the school has had a rough time over the years. They have some competitive Catholic schools around them but GA does a superior job of teaching the Catholic Social Teachings and instilling the Catholic traditions into the classrooms and youth.

Guardian Angels School in Chaska is a fantastic school that provides excellent education and growth for each child in every possible way. The teachers and staff do amazing work in helping to provide personal development in every area - academic, social, emotional, physical and spiritual. It is also one of the most diverse schools in this area. My grandchildren have attended GA since 2004 and I am always amazed at the warmth, acceptance and love provided for each child and family. Children are encouraged and guided to become the best possible young people they can be. GA also has numerous events to help the community such as the fall Rake-a-thon when the students rake yards for people who need assistance. The children love these events and learn to help others and to give of their hearts! The positive attitude and “can-do”spirit at GA is especially needed by all children today. Please let’s do all we can to keep this school open! Guardian Angels Catholic School exemplifies the finest excellence in education all children deserve!

I went to Guardian Angels from preschool to 8th grade, and spending 10 years of my life there was some of the most educational and formations years of my life! Guardian Angels is not only a school, it is a community that deserves the chance to flourish once more. The beautiful brick building has so much to offer, and with prayer and some renovation- we can give it more life again! Guardian Angels was AND is still a big part of my life, and I hope it can still be that way for other students and families.

GA staff are some of the most caring and creative teachers I've ever met. GA students were consistently recognized in my classroom (Holy Family Catholic HS) for continual excellence. If GA had better funding, it would be unstoppable. But theyve done amazing things and have turned out amazing kids consistently. GA is beautifully racially diverse which isn't true for many private schools. Help GA flourish. Don't shut it down

I love Guardian Angels school. I understand both sides but I truly hate to see the school close. I would like to see if we can turn it around in the next two years. I know we've been trying for some time, but if parents, teachers, alumni, and all who have signed this petition come together and give 110% perhaps we can save the school. The kids that have graduated from GA are exceptional students and extraordinary adults giving back to their community. There is such a sense of community and love in that school. The teachers and staff give so very much every single day and each child there matters to them. Let's do our best to keep it open. Just let us know what will be required and we will do it.

My daughter attended a private parochial school after leaving a larger public school. The environment was respectful and this was an absolute deal breaker for her and put her in a much better place to achieve as a Christian Leader. She also was able to better understand her faith and how intertwined in her normal life, which I appreciated the lack of segregation. Loved it and made a considerable difference that I wouldn't trade.
