Rafiq Salimi is in danger of execution

The human rights institutions of the world should not remain silent in front of the inhumane and reactionary death sentence.

The execution of intentional homicide is a governmental one

Rafiq Salimi along with his son Fawad Salimi was arrested on 28 November 2022 in Sanandaj by the Intelligence Department of Sanandaj.
Rafiq Salimi was forced to confess under the most severe tortures of the intelligence department, with the threat of killing and torturing his son, Fawad Salimi, in order to defend his son's life.
After being transferred to Sanandaj Central Prison, Comrade Salimi denied all the charges and declared that due to the torture and threats to torture my son, I had to accept whatever they said, and only to protect my son, I gave in to this forced confession and I have denied all the charges. Rafiq Salimi has suffered severe injuries due to the torture of his left ear and shoulder, and all those who were arrested in connection with Rafiq Salimi's case have been released and acquitted.
Now, the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran has given an inhuman death sentence to Rafiq Salimi due to forced confessions under severe torture and without real evidence to create terror in the society.
The human rights institutions of the world should not remain silent in front of the inhumane death sentence and should take serious measures to stop the inhumane death sentences in the laws of the Islamic Republic.
In this regard, we condemn the inhumane death sentences in the Islamic Republic, and we consider this crime to be intentional state murder, and we request the human rights institutions not to remain silent about the crimes and death sentences, and if serious action is taken in this If the relationship does not take place, there is no doubt that such human rights institutions not only do not have legitimacy for us, but we will consider these institutions as accomplices in the crimes of the Islamic Republic.

نهاد های حقوق بشری دنیا در برابر حکم غیر انسانی و ارتجاعی اعدام نباید سکوت کنند .

اعدام قتل عمد حکومتی است 

 رفیق سلیمی همراه پسرش فواد سلیمی در تاریخ ۷ آذر ۱۴۰۱ در سنندج توسط اداره اطلاعات سنندج بازداشت شده است 

 رفیق سلیمی در زیر سخت ترین شکنجه های اداره اطلاعات با تهدید به قتل و شکنجه پسرش فواد سلیمی مجبور به اعتراف شده است تا بتواند از جان پسرش دفاع کند . 

 رفیق سلیمی بعد از انتقال به زندان مرکزی سنندج تمام اتهامات را رد کرده است و اعلام کرده به دلیل شکنجه و تهدید به شکنجه پسرم مجبور شدم هرچی را می گویند قبول کنم و تنها بخاطر محافظت از پسرم تن به این اعتراف اجباری دادم و من تمام اتهامات را رد می کنم.                                                                 رفیق سلیمی به دلیل شکنجه، گوش چپ و کتفش به شدت دچار اسیب شده است و همچنان تمام کسانی که در رابطه با پرونده رفیق سلیمی بازداشت شده بودند همگی آزاد و تبرئه شده اند . 

 حال حکومت جمهوری اسلامی با توجه به اعترافات اجباری و دروغین زیر شدیدترین شکنجه و بدون داشتن مدرک واقعی برای ایجاد رعب و حشت در سطح جامعه به رفیق سلیمی حکم غیر انسانی اعدام را داده است .

 نهادهای حقوق بشری جهان نباید درمقابل حکم غیرانسانی اعدام سکوت کنند و باید به طور جدی نسبت به متوقف کردن احکام غیر انسانی اعدام در قوانین جمهوری اسلامی و دیگر کشورها  اقدام کنند .

 در همین رابطه ما امضا کننده گان این پتیشن احکام غیر انسانی اعدام در جمهوری اسلامی را محکوم می کنیم و این جنایت را قتل عمد دولتی می دانیم و از نهادهای حقوق بشری درخواست داریم، نسبت به جنایات و احکام اعدام سکوت نکنند و اگر برخورد جدی در این رابطه صورت نگیرد بدون شک چنین نهاد حقوق بشری برای ما نتنها رسمیتی ندارند بلکه این نهاد هارا شریک جرم جنایات جمهوری اسلامی خواهیم دانست
