Petition for Sleepover Policy at Amani Residence

Dear Amani Residence Management

We, the undersigned residents of Amani, are writing to express our urgent request for the implementation of a sleepover policy within the residence. As we approach exam time, it has become increasingly crucial for us to have the flexibility to engage in group cross-nights, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for academic success.

We kindly request that the residence allows for at least four sleepovers per month, in line with the practices observed in many other student accommodations in the vicinity. These sleepovers would enable us to study together, share resources, and provide mutual academic support during these critical periods.

Furthermore, the absence of a sleepover policy has been a significant concern among residents, as neighboring accommodations offer this amenity at no additional cost. We believe that implementing such a policy would enhance the overall satisfaction and well-being of residents within our community.

Additionally, the current sign-out time poses limitations, particularly on weekends, when extended study sessions or group activities are common. Allowing sleepovers would alleviate these constraints and provide residents with the necessary flexibility to manage their academic commitments effectively.

We emphasize the urgency of this matter and kindly request an expedited response from the management regarding the consideration and implementation of our petition.
