Petition Title: Request to Reconsider Permission for a Bake Sale to Support Gaza Relief

We, the undersigned parents, guardians, and members of the school community, respectfully request that the school administration reconsider its decision to decline the proposal to host a bake sale to raise funds for Gaza relief efforts.

In light of the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, many families are eager to show their support and contribute to relief efforts in any way possible. A bake sale is a simple, inclusive, and community-oriented way to raise funds, promote awareness, and demonstrate solidarity with those in need. The funds raised from such an event could provide much-needed assistance to organizations supporting the people of Gaza, and participating in this initiative would foster a sense of compassion and unity within our school community.

We understand that the school may have concerns about fundraising activities. However, we ask that the school consider:
