But as a student nurse I know for a fact that any student that has a care plan, which Nasar did, is made familiar to all staff. Staff are regularly trained about the medication they can administer and the triggers of the students condition. All teachers should have access to the care plan easily and its usually situated in the staff room. It's obvious in this case that the teacher disregarded the care plan or the school is very poor at communicating the care plans between teachers.
