#76 Re:2016-11-15 09:17if this incident happened on a bus that would be an accident. this tragedy was the sole decision of this one person to confine a heavily asthmatic child for prolonged periods in a basement. that is not an accident he knew of Nassir's health issues he is liable for this tragic death. He has to be held culpable |
