#26 Re: Re:2015-01-22 16:10:29Many business men have expressed great interest in the building but the Business Rates are reputedly three times those of the Triple S up the road and the Repair All Lease is ridiculously expensive. A friend of my son made enquiries and worked out that he would have had to take £125,000 or thereabouts before starting to make a profit. The Council's greed is the reason for its closure. |
