It is outrageous that we spend 11 billion on foreign aid when we have needs here. Not only for these poor people who are in dire straits now because of the floods, but there are plenty of our own people who have urgent needs, not to mention our hospitals schools etc. Charity begins at Home!!!!!!!!

Charity begins at home.  This is our green and pleasant land so let's keep it just that.  Don't give our hard earned money to all those African despots - they have enough stolen money to last them life time. India, Pakistan and China do not need our money so don't waste it on them. Come on Call Me Dave this could be your finest moment!

All overseas financial aid should be withheld until our present national crisis has been dealt with. 'Charity should begin at home'.

The money sent to countries that can afford to fund space programs etc. do not need our money and there are plenty of projects in this country that do, the floods being the latest. This money could go towards hospitals schools roads etc. What makes the ministers in charge think that they know more than people who have lived in these areas all their lives. Is about time they learnt to listen.

#1: - Charity does begin at home. One, yes one stopped payment from each country, would help the victims of the lack of maintenance, by our council/environmental service.

Our own people need the money.
