I wish that this document is opened the eyes of pedagogy that develop listening and spoken language of deaf need, but we must not forget that the first and the mother tongue of all, is a sign language, because later in the primary, secondary and higher vocational education in the country, lectures and practical classes are taught using the services of sign language interpreters. So why, continue to follow the policy of the Milan document, if everywhere in the world, introduced and successfully practiced a system of bilingual education. I am for the abolition of the pure oral method, and I believe that parents and their children must have the right to choose how, where and on what techniques they learn.
