/ #282016-07-11 06:24I've been a Metrorail user for over 20 yrs...for the last 2 yrs this service has really gone to pot...overcrowding, delays, increase in train robberies and assaults...lack of metrorail personnel on the trains...station security seems to be there just for decoration...metrorail personnel needs loads of customer service training...and on and on we can go...All we require is SAFE and RELIABLE transport to get us to work and back home on time... |
