TOWN OF OKOTOKS URBAN HEN PILOT GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS states: 6.2 No person who keeps urban hens shall:
a) sell eggs, manure, meat, or other products derived from an urban hen;
This was found on a local hen support group FB page-
Anyone interested in some eggs? I have too much! You can eat them, incubate them, whatever! My kids just picked them out of the coop this morning. I've got 3 dozen chicken ($4/dozen) and 3 dozen turkey ($6/dozen). I'm giving you guys first dibs cuze you're awesome

1-If these are "definitely fertilized", what will happens to the roosters?
TOWN OF OKOTOKS URBAN HEN PILOT GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS states: 4.1 No person shall be permitted to keep a rooster or hen in an urban area, other than an urban hen for which a valid urban hen license has been issued.
2- "Not inspected"? Help AHS!
3- Are more chicken coops going to stop this or bylaw going to be monitoring the chicken coops for no roosters?
