But it would matter why he reported it, now wouldn't it? If he was seeking money from a lawsuit maybe? He himself said he consented. Officicer Brown should have not slept with him, this is completely true and I'm in no way justifying his actions. I see both sides to this as there a lot of valid points coming from both. However, there are holes and inconsistencies in the report. Read it. I urge everyone to read it and look through the comments as well before signing.

And besides, its not like Officer Brown is the only one with BPD with questionable ethics. How do you feel about an officer who beats his wife? Is his sin less than? Can he make a good judgment call when he gets a DV call? Will he side with the victim or identify with the attacker because he understands that sometimes "some women just deserve it" or "I didn't mean it" or whatever other sick excuse people come up with. Where's the petition to remove him from power or as community are we ok with this?

Was it true that Magallan lied about his age? That does put a different perspective on things. I think in that case calling Brown a pedophile is way out of line and completely unfair.

The truth is somewhere in between all this heated debating and we deserve to know more about this issue before we sign our names. I'd hate for my wife and myself to condem a potentially innocent person without knowing all the facts and just on peoples speculation of his intentions. Like I said, both sides are right about things and wrong about others. And caps lock doesn't help make a point. Just saying.
